Welcome to Satsuma Movers! These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between you and us when using our services. By hiring us, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide Local Moving, Long-Distance Moving, Commercial Moving, Residential Moving, and Storage services. Service availability will be confirmed upon booking.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing details will be included in your service quote.
  • Payments must be completed as agreed in the service contract.
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date may incur a fee.
  • Refunds will be processed in accordance with the terms outlined in your agreement.

4. Liability

Satsuma Movers takes care to protect your belongings but is not liable for:

  • Damages caused by natural disasters or unforeseen events.
  • Items packed by customers that were not properly secured.
    Claims for damages must be filed within 7 days of service completion.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information about your move and requirements.
  • Ensure proper access to the moving site (e.g., parking, permits).

6. Confidentiality

We will not disclose customer information to third parties except as required to complete the moving service.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved amicably wherever possible. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Florida.

8. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Updates will be communicated via our website or email.
